Frequently Asked Questions

Billing (4)

In the state of Mississippi, those who write bad checks are subject to fines as well as felony charges and imprisonment. A Royal Flush, Inc. will press chargers against any and all customers who choose to write a bad check to our company.
Typically we bill commercial customers at a later date. These customers typically mail a check to our p.o. box. Payments can also be made via credit card over the phone. Some customers also choose to pay us at the time the job is completed via cash, check, or credit card. For those needing to mail a check, our address can be found below: P.O. Box 2808 Gulfport, MS 39505
We use Square to accept credit cards both in person and over the phone. Square is trusted by millions across the USA and is completely safe. A Royal Flush, Inc. does not keep any customers credit card information on hand.
Typically residential customers pay upon completion of the job. These customers usually pay via cash, check, or credit card. In some cases, with approval of the manager, we can bill the customer at a later date and they can pay by mailing a check or via credit card over the phone. For those needing to mail a check, our address can be found below: P.O. Box 2808 Gulfport, MS 39505

Drain Camera & Location (1)

We are able to camera and record 2″ – 4″ drain lines and locate problem areas.

Drain Cleaning (3)

It is our professional opinion that drain cleaners such as Gel, Granual, and Liquid chemical cleaners are not effective in many cases. We use a chemical that dissolves organic matter to remove stuck debris such as hair from small drains.
We have a high pressure water jet capable of outputting water at 3000 p.s.i. The jetter uses special tips to  clean both forward down the line and backwards at the same time. The jetter cost more than snaking a drain but cleans the drain more thoroughly than snaking the drain.
We use snake machines with 1/2″ and 5/8″ cables, 50′ in length. Our technicians also carry a second 50′ cable for a total of 100′ in length. We can snake drains from cleanouts, roof vents, or in some cases from drains inside the house / business such as a pulled toilet. Snaking a drain utilizes metal bits that work their way down the pipe to break apart the clog and relieve the problem.

Free Estimates (1)

A Royal Flush, Inc provides estimates at no cost. This is of course an estimate and the quoted price is subject to change based on the job. In most cases, the quoted price is the same as the actual cost.   In some cases such as searching for the source of a water leak, we may have to do work (cut holes in walls, etc.) and there will be a charge for this work required for the estimate to be completed. This cost will be applied towards the cost of the quoted job.

Warranty (1)

A Royal Flush, Inc. is a local, Christian and Family owned business. We don’t have complicated terms and conditions, no “ifs”, “ands”, or “buts”. We have a very common sense policy when it comes to warranty. Simply put, we stand behind our work and our people. If we complete any work for our customers, and that work fails, we will make it right. While we warranty our labor, we cannot guarantee parts, fixtures, or appliances. If the customer supplies parts, fixtures, or appliances, and those items fail, the fault would lie on the manufacturer of those items. If A Royal Flush, Inc. provides parts, fixtures, or appliances and those items are to fail, we will see that the situation is handled appropriately.
